Errgg. This is my submission for my Chinese school's art contest. Hopefully I'll place.
Started at 7:00 today and finished at 10:30-ish. Three and a half hours of working. It's not bad, but a bit rushed. Given more time (and less procrastination) I would've looked into underwater scenes a bit more and added more detail. My scanner kind of killed the picture, but it looks better small. I'm kind of satisfied with the outcome, but there is a lot more to improve on. Drawn on Strathmore Sketch 9'x12' paper. Inked with Zig Millennium .1 pen. Colored with Prismacolors. A lot of thanks to my cousin Cathy who gave me the materials. |
